The two practical notes that recur. Travellers on the full-day private trips mention how much ground a day covers on foot, and several suggest a hat and comfortable shoes before anything else.
On the private days especially, reviewers keep describing a driver waiting with chilled water and a cool towel after each stop. It is a small thing that comes up far more often than the itinerary does.
The most common criticism, and it is worth knowing. A four-star review of one small-group day is entirely about legroom on a ninety-minute run, and a three-star on a private evening is about an older vehicle. Ask what you are travelling in if it matters to you.
